PRIOR TO SU: Was a three-sport letter winner for the Bald Eagles of Bald Eagle Area High School...kicked for three seasons on varsity, while earning four letters on the soccer pitch...also ran the 400 and 800 meter runs on the track...was 42-of-48 on PATs in high school...3-of-5 on field goals...long of 36 yards in high school...four touchbacks...also was an All-Mountain League soccer player as a junior and senior...soccer captain...helped his football squad to a District 6 title as a sophomore, as the squad advanced to the PIAA state semifinals...Top 10 percent of his graduating class...National Honor Society member...PA Football News Gold Academic Team for three seasons. 

PERSONAL: Parents Steven and Sarah Stere...has one sibling, Ava...computer science major...chose SU "because it is a great football and academic school. I really liked the campus and the resources the school provides for us. The football program and coaches gave a feeling that no other school did."
