Carly George's first rebound Saturday marked the 500th of her career as Susquehanna celebrated her milestone along with another key Landmark Conference win over Moravian, 77-60. George continued to dominate on the board and with the scoring, netting 23 points and 11 rebounds, giving her 510 career boards, as the River Hawks are 7-1 overall and 3-1 in the Landmark.
How it Happened:
- Susquehanna fell behind early in the opening minutes with Moravian having the hot hand starting the game on a 6-1 run.
- SU stormed back jumping out to a slight 8-6 lead, before the teams began to trade baskets back and forth.
- Neither team could find any lead in the first quarter, with the River Hawks clinging to a three point lead at the first frame break.
- The River Hawks and Greyhounds continued to trade baskets in the second quarter, with SU jumping out to a small six point lead.
- The Greyhounds stormed back, cutting the lead to four at the first half break. Susquehanna led 39-35 at the break.
- Susquehanna offensively exploded in the third quarter, going on a monstrous 19-3 run, spanning the entire first seven minutes of the quarter.
- Moravian was able to slow SU down, but the River Hawks kept pressing, taking a commanding 21 point lead into the third frame break.
- The River Hawks pushed their lead to 23 points early in the fourth quarter, before holding on to a 17 point lead and the win.

- Carly George had a career day, scoring 23 points, while pulling down 11 rebounds. George becomes just one of 12 River Hawks to pull in 500 career rebounds.
- Annie Greek earned enough points to reach double digits, netting 18 points, including shooting 3-5 from deep.
