SELINSGROVE, PA - Susquehanna University's women's and men's cross country teams hit yet another mark with distinction to the USTFCCCA NCAA Division III Cross Country Academic Awards. Terence Grenda made the cut to the USTFCCCA's list of All-Academic Athletes, majoring in business.
In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period, among other qualifiers. For individuals, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30 on a 4.0 scale and finish in the top-25 percent of their respective regional championship meet. Grenda, a prized cross country and distance runner for the track program, placed 39th overall at November's NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships with a time of 25:37.5.
