Women's Golf Posts 13th-Highest Team GPA in NCAA Division III from WGCA

FRISCO, TEXAS – The Susquehanna University women's golf team received news that their 3.716 team GPA earned them the 13th-highest team mark in NCAA Division III as recognized by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) in their rollout of the WGCA All-Scholar Team GPA Awards. 

Susquehanna's 3.716 combined GPA was tied with Grinnell College for the 13th-highest team GPA in all NCAA Division III. This marked the highest team GPA in the Landmark and second-highest among Pennsylvania Division III institutions, with Washington & Jefferson ranked sixth. To see the full list, please click here

In Division I, Houston Christian University came out on top with a 3.947 GPA; they had eight players on the team. Leading Division II was Catawba College, as the team's six players averaged a 3.843 GPA. At the Division III level, Carleton College came in first place with a 3.842 GPA and had seven players. In NAIA, Wayland Baptist's team of five players led the division with a GPA of 3.881. Lastly, Northeast Mississippi College topped the NJCAA with a 3.949 GPA.
