Howie has been an essential part of the River Hawks five-game winning streak, coming up with clutch scoring in the team's wins over Scranton and Catholic last week. He led the team in scoring in both games, tallying 22 points, six rebounds, and two assists against the Royals before following it up with 21 points, five rebounds, and two assists against the Cardinals, who were ranked No. 22 coming into the game.
