Sophomore Ella Moores was fantastic for the River Hawks Women’s Golf squad during their away tournaments this past week. At Penn-State Altoona on September 21st, Moores finished 1^st out of 15, scoring an 87. At Mount Aloysius on Sunday September 22nd, Moores also scored an 87, which got her a tie for second place out of 18 individuals.

For her efforts at both tournaments, Moores has been named this week’s Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week. She has also been named River Hawk Athlete of the Week. Moores and the rest of the women’s golf squad will look to continue their run of form leading into the Landmark Conference Fall Preview in October.
