Junior captain Erin McQuillen (Cresskill, N.J./Cresskill) was named the River Hawk of the Week after averaging 15.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 3.0 steals in a 3-0 week for Susquehanna women's basketball. McQuillen also shot 13-of-26 (.500) from the field, including 8-of-18 from downtown. She only missed one free throw, going 11-for-12 from the charity stripe.
McQuillen started the week with 14 points, seven assists and four steals in a 78-65 win at Lycoming before posting nine points, four rebounds and two steals in 24 minutes in a 74-43 road win over Neumann. She followed up the Neumann performance with a monster game at Landmark Conference foe, Juniata, tallying a season-high 22 points, six rebounds, three assists and three steals.
McQuillen is currently second in the Landmark in free throw percentage (.900), third in steals per game (2.3), and 10th in points per game (13.4).
