George, Pinckert Make Landmark's Year-End List

SELINSGROVE, PA - Susquehanna University women's basketball earned its watermark after a successful 2024-25 season with two selections to the All-Landmark Conference Team in Second Team selection Carly George and Honorable Mention Julia Pinckert

The work of George and Pinckert headlined a River Hawks team that overcame early-season adversity to produce their second consecutive 12-win Landmark Conference season and a 15-11 overall record. In a crowded conference that featured three ranked programs in eventual league champion Scranton, as well as Catholic and Elizabethtown, the River Hawks finished fourth in the conference standings, going unbeaten against the rest of the conference to tie the program record for league wins in one season. The capper to the regular season was a home matchup against Drew, which offered another highlight. Tied at 52-52 in the closing seconds, Pinckert shot a desperation three that rattled in at the buzzer to give the River Hawks the win towards hosting a Landmark Quarterfinals game for the second straight season.
