SELINSGROVE, PA - Susquehanna senior starting pitcher Jack Greco earned another nod to commemorate his rewarding season Tuesday to the ABCA/Rawlings All-Region V Second Team. Greco stepped up in a big way this spring when his number got called, making ten starts with 11 appearances to get a winning decision in seven of the team's 18 victories. Throwing a team-high 59.0 innings, he registered 59 strikeouts and a 3.20 ERA, allowing just 21 earned runs on 41 hits without a home run. Greco, who posted 90 career strikeouts over 88.0 innings pitched, added his regional award next to his All-Landmark Conference Second Team selection earlier this month. 

JACK GRECO (SP): Second Team ABCA/Rawlings All-Region V and Second Team All-Landmark... made 11 appearances with ten starts, posting a 7-2 record... led team with 3.20 ERA and 59 strikeouts in 59.0 innings pitched... pitched one complete-game victory in 12-2 seven-inning win over Lycoming on Mar. 22, fanning seven batters and allowing just six hits and two runs... earned a four-out save in a late-season 5-3 win over Juniata on April 23, retiring all four of his batters and striking out two... struck out a career-high 11 batters against Northern Vermont Johnson on Mar. 2 in 11-1 victory over 6.2 innings pitched.
