SHAWNEE ON DELAWARE, PA - The Susquehanna men's golf team wrapped up its season at the Landmark Conference Championships this weekend. The River Hawks competed on a par-72 course set at 6,714 yards, battling tough conditions to an eighth-place finish.
On day one, Susquehanna posted a team score of 321 before improving by two strokes on day two with a 319, finishing with a 640 (+64) overall. The Drew Rangers claimed the team title with a 584 (+8).
River Hawks on the Course:
- T22. Jax Puskar, 157 (+13) - led the team both days, shooting a 78 (+6) on Saturday reaching par on 11 holes and one birdie. On day two Puskar shot a 79 (+7) carding two birdies and 11 pars.
- T27. Jonathan Spohn, 159 (+15) - opened Saturday shooting a 79 (+7) making 13 pars. Carded a team high of three birdies and seven pars to finish his collegiate career shooting an 80 (+8) on Sunday.
- T32. Rider Nicholl, 161 (+17) - shot an 83 (+11) on Saturday reaching par on eight holes. Improved five strokes on Sunday shooting a 78 (+6) carding two bridies and eight pars, and shooting an even 36 on the front nine.
- T38. Jonny Zadravec, 165 (+21) - opened Saturday shooting an 81 (+9) with 11 pars. On Sunday Zadravec shot an 84 (+12) reaching par on twelve holes.
- 44. Patrick Bova, 169 (+25) - opened Saturday shooting an 87 (+15) carding ten pars. Improved five strokes on Sunday shooting an 82 (+10) making 11 pars to wrap up his collegiate career.
