COLLEGEVILLE, PA - Susquehanna's men's track and field team concluded a busy week competing at Ursinus' College's Springfest. The throws kicked off the festivities Friday, while the bulk of the meet took place Saturday where the River Hawks made their marks. 

HOW IT WENT DOWN

• Jack Compton ran a personal best in the 800 meters with a time of 2:06.07. 
• Andrew Hilke ran a time of 4:31.96 in the 1500 meters, while first-year Brady Ryder set a new best of 4:34.52.
• Justin Weychert challenged the 110-meter hurdles, finishing with a time of 18.60 in the preliminaries. He also ran the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.09.
• Hayden Durst cleared his opening height of 3.95m on his first try.
• Kieran Hennessy competed in three throwing events, the shot put throwing 12.73m, the discus at 41.95m, then the hammer throw at 41.96m.
• Cooper Bottorf also had his try in three events, beginning with the shot put at 11.15m, the discus at 40.46m, and the hammer throw throwing 39.44m. 

UP NEXT FOR THE RIVER HAWKS

• A handful of multi competitors will take to their own facility for the Susquehanna Multis Thursday and Friday.
• Futhermore, a handful of River Hawks will head up the road for Bucknell's Bison Invitational Saturday and Sunday.
