ITHACA, NY - Susquehanna headed to Ithaca College Saturday as the men's track and field program used it as their last test before going to next week's All-Atlantic Region Track & Field (AARTFC) Championships. 

HOW IT WENT DOWN

• The men's 4x400 team of Aidan Diglio, Henry Notarfrancesco, Owen Nugent, and Mason Winslow met their benchmark for the regional championships with a time of 3:21.04, good for first.
• The 4x100 combination of Diglio, Nugent, Dominic Santos, and Winslow also ran a first-place time of 41.73. 
• Calder El Bachir Diakite looked to polish his mark in the 110-meter hurdles. qualifying for the finals at 14.55 and finishing at 14.57 for first place. 
• Evander Lackman ran the 400 meters, finishing with a 53.19 time. 
• The discus featured Cooper Bottorf and Kieran Hennessy. Bottorf threw for 41.23 for fourth place, while Hennessy managed a 40.54 time. 
• Hennessy moved over to the shot put, throwing for 13.37m and eighth place. 
• Winslow made his first appearance in the 400-meter hurdles since winning the Landmark title in it last week. 
• 's busy day was bolstered with a new personal best in the 400-meter hurdles at 54.05, He set a new personal best with a winning time of 54.05. 
• Nugent made a similar follow-up entry in the 200 meters after winning the event at Landmarks last week, also posting a winning time of 21.99. 

UP NEXT FOR THE RIVER HAWKS

• Susquehanna competes at the AARTFC Championships at Ursinus College from Wednesday, May 13 to Thursday, May 14. 
• The men's team won the AARTFC title last year at Williams College in Massachusetts.
