Swimming and Diving Continues Streak on CSCAA Spring Scholar All-America Teams

LEWISBURG, PA - The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced that the Susquehanna University women's and men's swimming and diving teams were featured in this spring semester's Scholar All-America Teams. Both River Hawks squads represented two of the 714 teams from 418 institutions chosen for this academic honor, comprising of 16,680 student-athletes. 

To earn this prestigious honor, teams were required to achieve a grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 or higher during the Spring 2026 semester. The Susquehanna women's team boasted a 3.67 GPA for the term to cap off an impressive performance at the Landmark Championships in February with three All-Landmark finishes towards a fourth-place finish. The men achieved a 3.37 GPA after finishing fifth at Landmarks. 

"This recognition celebrates the remarkable commitment these student-athletes make to excellence both in the classroom and in competition," said CSCAA Executive Director Samantha Barany. "The 714 teams honored this spring represent the very best of collegiate swimming and diving, demonstrating that academic success and athletic achievement go hand in hand. We congratulate every student-athlete, coach, and institution recognized."

Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
