How It Happened

• The River Hawks started off the game strong, holding the lead for over 15 minutes in the first half.
• Matt LaCorte (Westfield, Nj. / Westfield) lead the River Hawks in the first half knocking down three 3-pointers and a free throw for 10 points.  
• The Falcons were able to tie the game three times in first half while both teams scored an even eight inside the paint.
• Both teams went into the locker room at half with Susquehanna on top 36-32.  
• SU came out on fire in the second half as the River Hawks were able to gain a quick 40-32 lead.
• Yurasits was able to pick up 13 points in the second half, hitting one three-point shot and five field goals.
• The River Hawks had trouble knocking down some key shots and free throw in the second half.
• The Falcons used that to their advantage and were able to defeat the River Hawks by only a three-point margin.

• Yurasits led the scoring for the River Hawks with 19 points, scoring 13 of them in the second half.  
• Zachary Knecht (Parkland, Fl. / Stoneman Douglas) and sophomore Jack Van Syckle (Bel Air, Md. / C. Milton Wright) lead the defense with sox defensive rebounds each.
