SELINSGROVE, PA - Susquehanna University men's track & field student-athletes
Austin Hurrell,
Terence Grenda,
Carter Smink, and
Ezra Miller made the cut for the 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's Cross Country/Track & Field teams, selected by College Sports Communicators. All four played key roles to keep up their unblemished careers in Susquehanna dominating the Landmark Conference indoor and outdoor men's track and field championships. The River Hawks clinched their fourth consecutive indoor title and fifth straight in outdoors, along with securing their first-ever All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference (AARTFC) outdoor championship.
Hurrell's name was pushed forward for CSC Academic All-America® Team consideration after a stellar season on the relays. This spring Hurrell and the 4x100 squads not only broke new school and conference records, but also took down a 40-year record at Penn Relays set by a previous Susquehanna team and capped it off with an All-American finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, placing sixth. Hurrell, a junior, majors in Finance with a minor in Economics. Smink is a Data Science major, minoring in Psychology. Grenda and Miller recently graduated, with Grenda earning his degree in Finance and Miller double majored in Business Analytics and Mathematics.
