Griane Reed were the first two River Hawks through the chute, with Bostwick running 26th with a time of 20:01.70 and Reed 32nd at 20:33.90. Susquehanna finished fifth in the field with 175 points and an average 5K time of 20:45.40. This served as the third-highest team placement among Division III teams, with Navy taking the top team spot with 23 points and Division II Millersville third overall with 84 points. The host Dutchmen funneled in first among the Division III competitors, placing second overall with 48 points, while Hood earned fourth with 157 points.
