PRIOR TO SU: Micah was a three-sport athlete as he played cross country, basketball, and track... He was captain in both track and cross country his senior year... Most improved and MVP his senior year for cross country... Most improved in track his senior year... Honorable Mention Cross Country... Career highs include: Mile: 4:39, 800: 2:05, 2 Mile: 10:15... FBLA President... Member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society... Awarded with the Tri-Sport Athlete Award 

PERSONAL: Son of Michelle and Russell... Has a sister, Mckenzie, 23... Chose SU because: "I liked the environment and it was close to home. Being given the opportunity to run here also made the decision much easier."
