2023-24: Had a breakthrough spring in the 800 meters, dropping under two minutes... set a new PR in the 800 at Moravian's Coach P Invitational at 1:57.82, followed by a 1:59.06 showing at the Landmark Outdoor Championships for the tenth best time... also served on the 4x400 that ran a season-best 3:34.85 at Moravian's Coach P Invitex, along with running a 3:47.34 the week prior at the River Hawk Invite. 

Indoor
2021-22: Earned third in the mile with a personal-best of 4:41.39 and first in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:37.87 at the 2021 Susquehanna Early Season Invite (12/4/2021) ... Finished seventh in the distance medley relay with a time of 11:56.88 at the 2022 Susquehanna Multi and Invitational (1/14-15/2022) ... Posted a sixth place finish at the Alvernia Winter Invite with a time of 3:39.72 in the 4x400 (1/22/2022) ... Finished fourth in the 4x400 with a time of 3:39.70 in the 2022 Susquehanna Invite (2/12/2022) ... Posted a fourth place finish in the 4x400 with a time of 3:44.05 at the 2022 Susquehanna Tune Up (2/18/2022) ... Earned bronze in the distance medley relay with a time of 11:13.27 at the 2022 Landmark Conference Indoor Championships (2/26/2022).
