Merklinger stands near the top of the Susquehanna Men's Basketball record books. He remains the 10th All-Time Leading Scorer. Is the fourth All-Time Leading Rebounder and holds the top spot in Career Block Shots. Merklinger's teams combined for 41 victories over his career and he was a member of the 1986 squad that reached the Elite Eight with a 22-8 record.
