Is the only Crusader to win most outstanding wrestler honors at MAC Championships when he won the 167-pound Championship in 1988. Finished 25-4 that season and earned All-American Honors with a sixth-place finish at the NCAA Championships. As a junior finished second at 158 pounds at the MAC Championships.
