Bowman will join his former teammate Mark Bartosic'04 in the SU Sports Hall of Fame. Bowman, a Blair Heaton Award winner, is the program leader in career offensive yards (7,900), passing yards (8,160), completions (609) and touchdown passes (63). He holds a significant lead in all of those categories, meaning he should remain at the top of the SU record books for years to come.

He twice threw for more than 400 yards in a single game and holds season records in passing yards (2,563), completions (184), touchdown passes (20) and total offensive yards (2,462). Bowman also holds the Susquehanna record for completions in a game (33 at Widener in 2002) and was the first player to throw for 300-plus yards in Lopardo Stadium history in 2000 against Moravian.

Bowman helped the Crusaders earn the MAC Commonwealth Championship title in 1999.
