Playing just two and a half seasons on the hard court, Rromano scored 1,386 points. Averaging 27.7 a game. He left SU as the most prolific scorer in team history to that time. He was given Honorable Mention All-America Honors in 1957 by the Associated Press and the Converse Basketball Yearbook and received third and second team status on the Associated Press All-State squads in 1956 and 1957.
