A tackle on the very first football team at SU, then the Missionary Instituter. Rearick played both ways on a squad of only 14 players. Winless in one try in 1892. He was line stalwart on the 1893 squad that defeated Bloomsburg State 18-12 and a team from Milton 52-0 for the first victories in orange and maroon sports history.
