Susquehanna University Athletics

Martinec was an outstanding halfback at Susquehanna and a member of the university's undefeated 1932 team. He also excelled in other sports. Winning letters as a freshman in football, basketball, baseball, and track. During his senior year he was named the university's outstanding athlete in a campus poll.
