Athletics Hall of Fame
All-American in football twice and a three-time All-MAC Selection at cornerback, earning first-team honors as both a junior and senior. Still the school career record-holder in interceptions (26) and interception return yards (400). In 1988, he led the nation and tied the school record with 10 interceptions. In track and field, Mabry was a tree-time MAC Champion in the triple jump. Qualified for nationals as both a junior and senior , and was an All-American Honors as a junior he also was a MAC Place Winner in the 110-Meter high hurdles and the 400-meter relay.
