A seven letter winner in field hockey and track. Candy Lain was named Outstanding Senior Female Scholar/Athlete. She was named the best Def. Player in field hockey as a senior and started on the '86 MAC NM League Championship Team. She excelled in track as SU's first women to qualify for the NCAA's by winning the MAC 400M hurdle title in '88. She scored PTS. in four events as a senior including hurdles and high-jump.
