Susquehanna University Athletics

Thomas was a four year letterman at Susquehanna as a quarterback and half-back, basketball guard, and third baseman. He participated in the 41-28 basketball victory at Bucknell during the 1921-22 season and the emotional 35-34 basketball win against Gettysburg. His gridiron career is highlighted by a 25-7 win over Temple in 1923 and a 10-0 win over Juniata in 1924, after which coach Wingard bought special awards for each player.
