Mike earned four letters in both XC and track, leading his XC team to a MAC title in '84 and the track team to MAC titles in 3 of his 4 years. He was named MVP on both teams as a senior and finished 2nd in both the 1500 and 5000 in MAC's. Mike was also a MAC All-Academic selection all four years.
