Coolidge teamed with fellow inductee Bucci as the greatest pass tandem in SU history. A four-year football letter winner, he led the '86 and '87 squads to MAC titles breaking season records for passing yards (2,024), TD passes (19) and total offense (2,086). He threw 6 TD passes and 494 yards vs. Muhlenberg in 1987- both game records. Despite only two years as a QB and missing the last 3 games due to injury as a senior, he remains 2nd in career yardage, TD passes, and completions (236). Coolidge also started as defensive back for his first 2 years and set interception marks with 13.
